PASSENGER RIGHTS
TERMS & CONDITION
By booking or using RSC services, the client agrees to the following.

1. Service Commitment
Royal Stallion Carriers (RSC) provides executive transportation with strict standards of safety, discretion, punctuality, and premium service.
2. Service Delivery
RSC may assign RSC-approved chauffeurs, vehicles, or authorized affiliates operating under RSC protocols.
All reservations are dispatched, monitored, and quality-controlled by RSC.
3. Payment & Billing
All reservations include a 27% Executive Service Fee supporting operational readiness, trip monitoring, client support, and safety/compliance standards. A valid card is required to secure reservations. Additional charges may include waiting time, stops, tolls, parking, airport/FBO fees, red-eye or holiday surcharges, extra luggage handling, and cleaning or damage. Final charges are itemized after service. RSC may request ID or cardholder verification for fraud prevention.
4. Cancellation Policy
• Sedans/SUVs: 24 hours. • Sprinters & Specialty Vans: 72 hours. • Minibuses & Motorcoaches: 14 days
Cancellations within these windows—including no-shows or on-site cancellations—are billed at 100%, regardless of flight delays or schedule changes.
5. Airport Arrivals (Commercial Flights)
Includes 30 minutes of complimentary wait time from actual landing. After grace period: • Sedans/SUVs: 15-minute increments. • Sprinters/Minibuses/Motorcoaches: hourly. • Meet & Greet and airport fees billed separately.
6. Private Aviation (FBO)
No complimentary wait time. Billing begins at the scheduled pickup time. Chauffeurs are staged per FBO requirements.
Applicable time or handling fees are billed as incurred. Sedans/SUVs billed in 15-minute increments; larger vehicles hourly.
7. Train Stations
Includes 15 minutes of complimentary wait time. After grace: • Sedans/SUVs in 15-minute increments, • Larger vehicles hourly, • Parking/access fees billed as incurred.
8. Stops
• Short Stop (up to 10 minutes): $30 • Stops exceeding 10 minutes: convert to hourly billing
• Off-route stops: convert to hourly + a minimum of 30 minutes travel time each way, or actual travel time if longer. Hourly billing is based on the required service block for the assigned vehicle. 
9. Parking, Tolls & External Fees
All parking, tolls, airport/FBO fees, and third-party charges billed as incurred.
10. Red-Eye Hours
A Red-Eye surcharge applies to reservations scheduled between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
11. Holiday Surcharges
A 20% holiday surcharge applies on major U.S. federal holidays and peak travel periods.
12. Extra Luggage
Oversized, heavy, or excessive luggage may incur additional charges or require a larger vehicle. If a larger vehicle is required, billing adjusts accordingly.
13. Safety & Conduct
Seat belts required. Smoking or vaping prohibited. Illegal substances forbidden. Alcohol permitted only where legally allowed. RSC may terminate service immediately if safety is compromised.
14. Damage & Cleaning
Excessive cleaning fee: $350 minimum, higher for larger vehicles or severe cases. Clients are responsible for any vehicle damage caused by their party.
15. Personal Items
RSC is not responsible for lost, unattended, or damaged personal items.
16. Delays & Force Majeure
RSC is not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, mechanical issues, flight delays, or other conditions beyond our control.
17. Fraud Prevention
RSC may require ID or cardholder verification. RSC does not store full card numbers or CVV codes.
18. Liability Limitation
RSC’s maximum liability is limited to the cost of the reservation. RSC is not responsible for missed flights, connections, meetings, or events.
19. Weddings, Conferences & Multi-Day Events
Such events may require: • Non-refundable deposits • Contracted minimums • Event coordination fees • Additional staging and logistics charges
20. Acceptance of Terms
By confirming a reservation, the client acknowledges agreement to all Terms & Conditions above.
